About Brian

Brian has been a licensed practicing attorney since 1997 when he was first admitted to the Ohio State Bar. In 1998, Brian relocated to Virginia to be closer to his family. In 1998 he was licensed to practice law in Virginia and then in Washington D.C. in 1999.

Since Brian has practiced a wide variety of subject areas - personal injury, FELA matters, custody, divorce, support (child and spousal), enforcement of family law matters, bankruptcy, debt collection and defense, traffic tickets, DUI, wills, powers of attorney, criminal matters (juvenile, misdemeanors and felonies), representing children, Social Services matters, and the list goes on. As such, he is able to assist or at least advise most people in need of legal advice.

Brian has also been an educator teaching future lawyers at Regent University School of Law and future paralegals at Tidewater Community College. He has been an author writing for the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association on handheld computing.
